The film screenings happen all day each day in our unique Tempest Anderson Hall.

Our expert volunteers will take you through some of the fascinating objects and artefacts on display at York Castle Museum. These talks vary regularly so ask in reception for information.

Venue: Yorkshire Museum

Animal role play, animal print pictures and look at taxidermy animals in the museum.

Activities for children aged two to five years old which include songs, stories, games and craft activities. Sessions are based on familiar preschool play areas, which are enhanced to help children learn about the museums’ collections and exhibitions through play. Sessions are a mixture of free flow and adult led activities which all relate to the Early Years curriculum.
