Mothers Who Make is a peer support group and creative exchange session for mothers who are artists – professional and/or passionate – writers, painters, actors, dancers, filmmakers, photographers; every kind of maker welcome, and every kind of mother. You are invited to join this inspiring and growing initiative.

Please feel free to bring along your children, of any age, whether they are inside you, beside you or running around the room!

There will be some toys and coffees/teas available.

9 May – This talk will be by Peter Gibbard, who will speak about the role of Hans Hess, Curator of York City Art Gallery (1947-1967), in establishing and defining the role of the Friends of York Art Gallery charity.

This talk has been organised by the Friends of York Art Gallery but non-members are welcome to attend.
