Week five of an 8-week course providing an exploration of mindfulness meditation, with creative writing and drawing exercises in each session. Your tutors will be Dr Lauri Bower from York MBSR, and professional artist Clare Belbin-Carlile.
The course takes place on Tuesdays 10am to 12.30pm from 23 January to 20 March 2018.
