Description
Mosaic tile, decorated, from circular arrangement. Described in Harvey Brook's unpublished catalogue as "A well-glazed floor tile, this is a detail of a large circiut or design, surrounding the base of a pillar, the colourand glaze is in excellent condition, the pattern of trefoil leaves is of the ordinary E[arly] E[nglish] type, simple & pleasing; yellow in varying tones on a rich golden brown ground."
