Large wooden sculpture the Virgin and Child. Mary holds baby Jesus in her left arm. She wears a crown, has long loose hair, and a plain but voluminous robe with gathered neckline. Her right hand and Christ's arms are missing, but originally they may have been holding symbolic objects. Flemish or possibly German. See Accompanying texts.
