Description

In February 2001 York Archaeological Trust undertook an archaeological watching brief during building works within a basement at 13 New Walk Terrace, York. All deposits encountered could be seen to relate to either the original early 19th century building, to later remodellings of that building, or to "natural" materials of the drift geology.
