Description
Armorial Shield, precise bearers of the arms are unidentified. Dexter half of the shield is missing. Sinister, first and fourth quarters: Gules two helms in chief argent and in base a garb or; for cadency in chief a crescent within a crescent argent (CHOLMLEY) impaling argent (diapered with scroll work) on a fess gules three plates (ETTON or PENN).
