Sampler, unframed. Worked on linen in silk thread cross stitch. Border of pink buds and green leaves, with a blue crown at the top. The whole is worked with a verse, each word in a different colour. Beneath are the worker's name, date and various motifs including a tree, birds, crowns, squirrels, dogs and a basket of flowers.
