- Description
- Fan with a double plain silk leaf edged with silver-coloured paper. The guards and sticks are of elaborately carved ivory depicting birds and flowers. When the sticks are opened out a shield shape is formed with two Oriental men carved within it. The sticks are also finely pierced. The rivet is of metal and mother-of-pearl. Small enough to fit into a reticule.
