- All steel close helmet with two part scull joined to give a ridge, three part visor with single pivot rivet at each side, hook stays fastening front/ back opening and lower visor. Prominent nail shaped bar on right to raise upper visor. Vent holes on each side of lower visor form a cross inside a circle. Plume holder in steel, with pierced holes, at rear. Simple double incised line decoration on visor and bevor. No surviving liner. Repair apparently in copper alloy/brass (bazed?) at left brow. Other by riveting steel plates to leading edge of rear bevor.
