Jacket of blue wool. Waist length. Small stand-up collar. Long sleeves. The whole, particularly the front, is heavily decorated with silver braid. Fastens at the front with hooks and eyes. Three rows of decorative, spherical, metal buttons at the front. Lined with white corded silk and leather at the waist.
