Jacket of blue wool. Waist length. Small stand-up collar. Long sleeves. The whole, particularly the front, is heavily decorated with silver braid. Fastens down the front with hooks and eyes. Three rows of decorative, spherical, metal buttons down the front. Lined with linen.
