- Description
- The bedcover has been made from block- and roller- printed dress and furnishing cottons; the earliest date from about 1805. The small central panel of white cotton is enclosed by eleven patchwork borders made up of squares and triangles. The bedcover is backed with unbleached cotton with a thin wadding, and the central wave and wineglass quilting patterns are surrounded by a deep border of square diamonds.
