Date: Saturday 28 January 2017, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Venue: Yorkshire Museum
Join our fantastic volunteers team during the York Residents’ Festival to get up close with fascinating specimens from our Natural Sciences collection.
To coincide with the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch in the Museum Gardens this weekend, our volunteers will be on hand in the museum to show you some of our varied bird skulls. Find out which birds they belonged to and how they can show different adaptations.
This activity is subject to the availability of our volunteers – please ask our Welcome Team on arrival for further information.
Free with admission, no need to book.
Entrance to the museum is FREE to York Residents with a valid York Card or York student ID on 28 & 29 January 2017.
