Autumnal Tapestry Landscapes

Using autumn landscapes for inspiration, students are introduced to traditional tapestry weaving techniques to create a small woven tapestry. All materials are provided.

Come and join in with a lively discussion and debate on Pat Barker’s novel Regeneration and the themes it explores. Following our conversation there will be a tour of the museum’s exhibition 1914: When the World Changed Forever with a member of York Castle Museum’s learning team.

Our special museum book club is led by aspiring Ryedale poet and self-confessed book addict, Jo Hardy.
