• Guide dogs are welcome at all of our sites and water bowls are provided outside.
• Our Events listings can be filtered by categories, including ‘Accessible’.
• We are working on subtitling every video on our YouTube page.
• Members of our Welcome Teams have received special training including on autism, deaf and hard of hearing, blind and partially-sighted, dementia, and different types of guide dogs. Some team members can also use British Sign Language.
