This International Women’s Day, join curator of ceramics Dr Helen Walsh for an introduction to York Art Gallery’s ‘Wall of Women’ display in the Centre of Ceramic Art.

The display celebrates the innovation and creativity of women working with clay during the 20th and 21st centuries. Containing the work of 120 artists, from domestic objects to sculptures, miniscule to massive, there is something for everyone.
