Description
Beaker; Form KG2 (globular pedestal beaker with taller, beaded rim). Decorated with rouletting above and below the waist. White-paint decoration applied above. Trier Black-Slipped Ware. Described in Eboracum as "Rhenish motto beaker with white slip inscription NOLITE SITIRE, "Don't thirst", between two bands of rouletting." Probably from a grave.
