Work with artist Sally Storr in response to Happiness Happens Day!

We will be creating plaques or tiles based around what makes you happy. This could be a scene of your happy place like being on the beach, or something you like doing like sport or a hobby that makes happiness happen for you. Under Sally’s expert guidance, be shown how to roll, shape and join clay to make your plaque or tile before adding colourful slips. Don’t forget to bring a container or box with you so you can take your clay piece of happiness home!

Part of Arts Award Discover. Arts Award Discover is a nationally recognised introductory award aimed at 5 to 9 year olds (although any child can take part.) Find out more about Arts Award here.
