Curator Talk: Geology and its Relevance to Archaeology – Tue 11 Feb 2020

Want to find out more about our collections? Our knowledgeable curators regularly give talks that provide insight into our exhibitions, artefacts and specialist areas of interest.

The talk will explore the relationship between geology and archaeology and how rock has influenced man for thousands of years. This includes both topographic features and the use of rock itself for artefacts. There will not be coffee and cake but there will be rock and axes!

Talks take place Tuesdays 12.30-1pm and are FREE with admission. There’s no need to book.
