Bookbinding – Ancient Coptic Stitch Technique – Sat 3 Oct 2015
Create your own books using two variations of an ancient stitch technique called the Coptic Stitch. The Coptic stitch came to us from the Copts, a religious group that originated as an early Christian sect in Egypt and North Africa. This course is for anyone who is interested in crafts and in particular anyone interested in book binding. No previous experience is needed and all abilities are welcome.
