Calling all residents of the City of York! We are offering free entry across all our sites (York Castle Museum, Yorkshire Museum, and York Art Gallery’) to York residents on 31 January and 1 February 2026.
Tickets are limited – please book via our online system as normal, selecting ‘Residents’ Weekend’ ticket option. Proof of residence will be required at the door. Please note that we are only able to accept postcodes under York City Council.
