Description

Antefix of ceramic building material, depicting female head in relief. Described in Eboracum as "Antefix, in terra-cotta, of rectangular form with gabled top and rearward projection to fit into an imbrex. The face exhibits a rudimentary female bust in a hooded frame, surrounded by a segmented, stalk-like ornament." Very similar to YORYM : 2007.3228 and YORYM : 2007.3230.
