- Description
- A fusee and chain verge in silver pair cases, both made in London and physically a near but imperfect match indicating that the inner is correct and the outer a replacement. It has a solid foot to cock with pierced and engraved table in non-symmetrical design, foliate without mask. Tompion type regulator with silver dial setting index with engraved surround. Square baluster pillars, later white enamel dial 3.7cm with Roman hours and floriate hands, both inappropriate, original dial was slotted for catch. Movement made by Henry Hindley, York.
