- A bronzed plaster statuette, one of a series of nineteen featuring artists, philosophers and writers. This statuette is of William Shakespeare standing by a plinth. He has a small beard and wears Elizabethan clothing. He leans against an ornate plinth which has a pile of books on the top. The corners of the plinth are decorated with masks.
