One section of a three-lobed lamp or possibly puzzle jug for drinking from. Pedestal base, holes in side for other lobes. Illegible label attached; label inside reads: 'One of the lamps used by the Antients [sic] to burn constantly in their Sepulchres, found in one of the vaults of the Nunnery at York'.
