Mindfulness, Drawing and Writing is a 4-day course (two sessions per day) exploring the relationship between mindfulness and creativity, both of which operate from a basis of ‘more curiosity than fear’! (Elizabeth Gilbert)

Each session includes guided meditations, practical creative exercises and group discussions led by two experienced facilitators in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Your tutors will be Dr Lauri Bower and professional artist Clare Belbin-Carlie of The Creative Space.

Enter the course with an open mind and find it opening in ways you never imagined. There’s something for everyone.

£215 for concessionary tickets or £236 for standard tickets for the 4 days per person. There’s a maximum of 12 participants per session.

YMT Membership is required for this course. (£22 max. concessions are available.) A YMT Card is required for the course.
