- Stamped white metal badge held by four copper ring lugs (two of the latter now missing). Eight pointed star with radiants on which is a closed garter ring bearing the title '6TH WEST YORK R. V. CORPS'. At the centre is a Yorkshire rose in a cut-out field, outside the garter are crossed laurels, the whole badge surmounted by a Queen's crown.
