I have booked tickets with you in the upcoming weeks – can I get a refund?
The majority of our income comes from ticket and membership sales and closing for a third lockdown will have a yet a further negative impact on our sustainability. For anyone who has booked tickets for this period, we would be extremely grateful if you would consider making this a donation, if your circumstances allow.
If you would like to claim a refund, please email [email protected] or [email protected] with your booking reference number along with the date and time of your booking, email you booked with and surname. Please note, refunds can take up to 7-10 days to be paid into your account.
Can I transfer my ticket to another date?
We are currently unable to transfer tickets to a new date as we have closed all future bookings temporarily until we future tier reviews. We can refund your tickets and you can re-book for another time slot when tickets are available again.
