Schools
Our Schools service is growing each year and caters for school groups visiting York Art Gallery, York Castle Museum and the Yorkshire Museum & Gardens.
Each venue offers a programme of education workshops and help and advice for school parties who wish to visit.
In 2006, the service was awarded the Sandford Award for Heritage Education.
The judges said: "This inspiring new education service shows maturity beyond its years. The high quality workshops are complemented by a dynamic, knowledgeable, high skilled and enthusiastic education team. I have no doubt that this service will go from strength to strength."
